You’re navigating something: an AI strategy that isn’t landing, a product team that’s shipping but missing the mark, a growing organization where the things that used to work aren’t working anymore. You don’t need a consultant with a slide deck. You need someone who’s been in the room before and can think out loud with you. That’s what this is. We talk about what you’re navigating whether that’s product strategy, AI implementation, team structure, product design or scaling what’s working to figure out the next move together. I also take a limited number of advisory board and board of directors roles with companies building at the intersection of technology and human systems.

Your team knows something isn’t clicking but they can’t name it. The product decisions keep missing. The AI tools are sitting unused. The new people aren’t ramping the way the early team did. Most training responds to this with techniques. Techniques have a shelf life. These sessions are designed to surface the patterns your team is already living inside — and build the capabilities that resist being systematized: seeing systems clearly, making decisions in ambiguity, building trust that survives pressure.
